Founded in 2021, Eddy Cinema is dedicated to developing fictional short and feature films. Our mission is to give independent filmmakers the platform to express their personal vision in a media landscape that’s often oversaturated. We value authenticity and honesty as essential elements of meaningful filmmaking.
We are particularly drawn to films that explore human behavior and offer thoughtful reflections on society—whether it’s looking at the past or examining the present. Our goal is always high-quality cinematography that is tailored to the story and subject matter.
Eddy Cinema’s development slate grew out of collaborations with Eddy Animation and Eddy Film, both of which have supported emerging talent, many of whom are making their first short films.

Manhattan - In the early 1950's, Jack, a passionate art lover visits museums all day long. Consumed by his desire to absorb the inspiration of his favorite artists, he steals their paintings and...eats them ! Finding himself alone in his apartment after having consumed every painting he has stolen he is still famished... so he tries his hand with a brush, paint and canvas... yielding unexpected results ! A joyful tribute to painters and an homage to Jackson Pollok, « Dripped » imagines the nature of the artistic muse in a completely new and unusual way.
